About us

The Vinyl Packaging Club (VPC) was built for one simple reason: vinyl record sellers deserve better packaging. 

We are the team behind the LP Wrap, a vinyl mailer already trusted by record sellers across the UK and Europe. It is manufactured by our parent company, The Packaging Club, an independent, bootstrapped packaging business based in the UK. We design, manufacture, and test packaging ourselves, so we stay close to the materials, the machinery, and the real-world packing problems sellers run into every day. 

We created VPC specifically for American vinyl sellers. This US site is our way of testing the waters properly and being upfront about it. We are not here to “take over.” If our numbers are right, we would need less than one percent of the US vinyl market to make this work, which keeps us honest about what we are trying to build. 

We genuinely love vinyl culture in the United States, the record stores, the collectors, the independent sellers, the labels. Our hope is that you like the LP Wrap as much as sellers in the UK and Europe already do. 

Our Promise to You

If the product lands well, our promise is straightforward, we will bring distribution and manufacturing directly to the United States. That should mean much lower delivered unit costs, a shorter supply chain, and more local partnerships. It also means employing US citizens and investing into the American packaging and logistics network, rather than shipping everything across the Atlantic forever.

Shaped by your feedback. Please do not go easy on us. Tell us what you like, what you do not, and what you wish existed. Because we run our own manufacturing, we can tweak designs, refine specs, and even create new formats based on what you actually need.

An American Dream

The three founding partners are unapologetically packaging obsessed. Two of us also share a long-term dream of moving to the US with their families, because we genuinely love the country, it's beautiful endless wilderness and its culture. 

If this works, it is a win for everyone. You get a cost-effective, recyclable, easy-to-pack solution for shipping vinyl safely. We get to grow something we believe in, build locally in the US, and support a community we respect and want to be a part of.
