This Shipping Policy explains how orders are shipped, the services we use, and what you can expect depending on order size and delivery method.

Parcel Shipping (Packs and Sample Orders)

Our standard products, including LP Wrap packs and sample packs, are shipped as parcels.

Carrier and Service

All parcel orders are shipped using FedEx International Connect.

Transit Times

Typical delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. Transit times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier volume, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

The shipping price shown at checkout is the total price you will pay for delivery. You will not be charged additional duties, tariffs, or import fees on delivery for parcel shipments.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on parcel orders over $150 when ordering packs.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Freight Shipping (Bulk and Pallet Orders)

For higher volume requirements, we offer freight shipping for bulk and palletized orders.

Freight Options

  • Air freight: typically 3 to 5 working days door to door
  • Sea freight: typically 15 to 20 working days door to door

Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping demand, port congestion, and customs clearance.

Pricing

Freight pricing is quoted on a delivered basis and confirmed before dispatch. As a guide, delivered pricing can be as low as approximately $0.80 per mailer, depending on volume, freight mode, and market conditions.

Service Scope

Freight shipments are delivered door to door. We handle freight coordination and documentation to simplify the process for you.

Future Manufacturing Commitment

Vinyl Packaging Club products are currently manufactured in the UK and shipped internationally. As order volume and demand increase, we are committed to moving operations and manufacturing to the United States. This will reduce lead times, lower landed costs, and further improve service levels for our customers.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once goods are handed to the carrier
