Returns and Issue Resolution Policy

We manufacture and supply packaging for vinyl record sellers and businesses. Our products are functional shipping materials, not retail goods, and returns are rarely necessary. If something is not right, please contact us first and we will put it right.

Contact us first

If you have any issue with your order, including damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect supply, please contact us at hello@vinylpackagingclub.com within 7 days of delivery. Do not return items without contacting us first.

In most cases, issues can be resolved quickly without a return.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your items arrive damaged, defective, lost in transit, or incorrect, we will assess the issue and offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • A replacement shipped at no cost to you

  • A full refund if replacement is not practical or stock is unavailable

Photographic evidence of the issue and packaging may be requested to support the claim.

Returns for reasons other than fault

We do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering errors, over ordering, or items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.

If you believe you have a valid reason for a return unrelated to product fault, you must contact us in writing within 30 days of delivery. Any return, if approved, is subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original outbound shipping costs are non refundable

  • A restocking fee may apply

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non returnable items

The following items are non returnable unless faulty:

  • Custom manufactured or bespoke products

  • Printed or branded packaging

  • Bulk or palletized orders

  • Sale items and gift cards

Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about suitability.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is required due to fault, we will arrange this directly. For all other cases, a new order must be placed.

European Union customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery in line with EU consumer law. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection or resolution confirmation. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
